“Should you take a break from school?” “Which high school are you from?” “...” The things SCCD students say every day are quite interesting. For the final project in Media Aesthetics, I was supposed to make a book, but I went the opposite direction and created a deck of playing cards instead. The deck includes four categories: ‘People,’ ‘Objects,’ ‘Memes,’ and ‘Places,’ with 13 cards in each category. Additionally, I included two jokers to make it a standard 54-card deck. After the final project, many classmates wanted to buy the cards from me. I improved the deck and sold nearly a dozen sets. Thank you all for your support.
